1st paragraph-Juliet’s relationship with her parents
Write an 11-sentence paragraph characterizing Juliet’s relationship with her parents.
There are many quotes in Act III, scene 5 that demonstrate what kind of relationship she has with her parents. Here’s one--”I would the fool were married to her grave!”
Your topic sentence will be something like, “Juliet’s relationship with her parents is…” or “Juliet’s relationship with her parents is characterized by…”
Quote Blending
Here’s how you might blend a quote for this paragraph:
“I would the fool were married to her grave.”
Lady Capulet, upset that Juliet refuses to marry Count Paris, proclaims, “I would the fool were married to her grave.”
Second paragraph-How does Juliet’s relationship with the Nurse change in scene 5 of Act III
Explain how Juliet’s relationship with the Nurse changes in Act III, scene 5.
Your topic sentence could be something like, “At first Juliet’s relationship with the Nurse is…, but now it is…”
Here a sample quote you could use in this paragraph
